What Enterprise adds

Everything in SparkStation, with enterprise controls

Your team keeps the studios they already use. You get the administration, capacity and billing a large organisation needs behind them.

SSO & SAML

Provision people straight from your existing identity provider. Role-based access, automatic de-provisioning when someone leaves, and a record of who generated what.

Pooled credits

One shared balance across brands, departments and agencies, with per-team caps and spend reporting, in place of a dozen separate subscriptions.

Priority capacity

Reserved GPU throughput and higher concurrency, so work against a campaign deadline isn't sitting behind everyone else's queue.

Unlimited seats

Add every marketer, editor and partner agency without renegotiating. Your bill follows how much you generate, not your headcount.

API & automation

Drive the studios from your own stack. Batch product imagery, localise a campaign into twelve languages, or wire generation into your DAM.

Named support

A dedicated contact, onboarding for your teams, a signed DPA, and a security review process your procurement team can work with.

Talk to our team

Two short steps. The more you tell us about the work, the more useful the first call is. We'll come back with capacity, pricing and a rollout plan.

Please use your work address. We can't route personal-domain enquiries to the right regional team.

Thanks, that's with our team

Someone from the SparkStation enterprise team will be in touch within one business day, usually with a couple of questions and a time to talk.

Before you write in

The usual first questions

Who owns what we generate?

You do. Everything produced under an Enterprise agreement is yours to use commercially, including paid media and broadcast, with no attribution requirement and no revenue share. We don't resell, relicense or add your output to any shared library, and your work isn't visible to other customers.

Do you indemnify us against IP claims?

Indemnification is negotiated as part of your agreement, not handed down in a standard licence. Scope, caps and carve-outs depend on how you're using the platform and which models are in play. Tick "IP indemnification" on the form and we'll bring our current position to the first call, in writing.

How do you handle copyright risk in the output?

No generative platform can promise that an output will never resemble protected work, and you should be sceptical of one that says otherwise. What we can do is show you which models sit behind each studio and the licence terms attached to them, give your team brand-asset controls and prompt guardrails, and keep an audit trail of what was generated and approved. For campaign work we recommend human sign-off before publication, the same review any agency asset gets.

Do you train on our data?

No. Your prompts, uploads, faces, voices, character sheets and finished work are never used to train or fine-tune a model, whether ours or a provider's. Enterprise workspaces are isolated by default, and the commitment goes into the agreement itself, not only the Privacy Policy.

Can we use this in paid advertising and broadcast?

Yes. Commercial rights come with the agreement, with no media-spend tier and no per-placement fee. Where a real person's likeness or voice is involved you'll still need their consent on file, exactly as you would for a conventional shoot. The platform records which assets were cast from a real reference, so that is auditable.

How is Enterprise priced?

An annual agreement built around pooled credits and seats, not per-user subscriptions. What it costs depends on output volume, the model mix you need and the level of support, so we quote after one scoping call. A published number would be wrong for most teams.

How is Enterprise different from Teams?

Teams is self-serve seats on shared capacity. Enterprise adds single sign-on and centralised administration, pooled credits across departments, reserved GPU throughput, invoice and PO billing, a named contact, a signed DPA and negotiated contract terms, including the indemnity discussion above.

How long does rollout take, and can we pilot first?

A standard workspace with single sign-on and pooled credits is live within a week of signature. Most conversations start earlier than that, with a pilot workspace set up using your brand assets and a small group from your team, so you are evaluating on real work. Security review, custom model work and API integration extend the timeline, and we scope that on the first call.

What if we need this on our own cloud?

Private cloud and VPC deployments are possible on larger agreements. Tick "Private cloud / VPC deployment" on the form and we'll bring an engineer to the first call who can answer directly.
