Credits, tokens & billing
How does Spark Station's token/credit system work?
Spark Station uses a token system to manage usage across various features.
- Most actions, like generating images or videos, consume tokens.
- The exact number of tokens used can vary depending on the complexity and duration of the task.
- You can typically see the estimated token cost before you generate content.
For detailed information, please check the pricing or help section on the Spark Station website.
How many tokens does it take to generate an image or video?
The number of tokens required to generate an image or video varies. It depends on factors like the chosen model, resolution, and duration (for videos). You can usually see an estimate of the token cost before you commit to generating.
For specific details, please check the pricing or help section on the Spark Station website.
Why were tokens deducted from my account?
Tokens are deducted when you use features that consume them, such as generating images or videos, using certain editing tools, or transcribing videos. Each generation or processing step has an associated token cost, which is usually displayed before you confirm the action.
If you'd like to see a detailed breakdown of your token usage, please check your account's usage history or billing section on the Spark Station website.
My generation failed but my tokens were deducted. What should I do?
If a generation fails but tokens were deducted, please check your account's usage history or contact support. There might be an issue with the generation process. If tokens are not automatically restored, contact Spark Station Support with your account and generation details so the team can investigate.

Character consistency
How does Character Consistency work?
Character Consistency helps maintain the same character's appearance across multiple generated images or scenes. It uses the character's key visual features, such as facial appearance, hairstyle, clothing, and overall look, to create more consistent results across generations. For the best results, use clear and consistent character references and avoid making significant changes to the character's appearance between generations.
Why does my character's face look different between scenes?
To keep a character's face consistent across different scenes, use the Elements library.
- Save your character as an Element by uploading reference images.
- Then, use the @ symbol in your prompt when generating images or videos to reference that Element. This helps maintain consistency.
